How do I save an article?
Simply share any article link to the Minivo app using your device's share menu, or paste the link directly into the app. Minivo will automatically parse the content and generate a summary.
What happens to my saved articles?
All articles, summaries, and audio files are securely stored on our servers and synced across your devices. You can access them anytime from the app.
How many articles can I save?
Minivo offers different tiers to suit your needs:
- Free Plan: Up to 3 articles per day.
- Pro Plan: Up to 20 articles per day.
- Pro Max Plan: Up to 50 articles per day.
Unused daily limits do not roll over to the next day.
Why is my summary based on only part of the article?
To ensure fast and high-quality audio generation, Minivo processes a specific amount of text per article (approx. 30,000 characters for Free and 80,000 for Paid plans). If an article is extremely long (like a book or academic paper), the summary will focus on the beginning section that fits within these limits.
How do I manage my subscription?
All subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To view, modify, or cancel your subscription:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Minivo
- Make changes or cancel as needed
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled directly by Apple according to their policies. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your Minivo purchase
- Select "Report a Problem" and follow the instructions
How do I delete my account?
To permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at:

Alternatively, you can go to Settings inside the app and tap "Delete Account".
We will delete your account information, saved articles, summaries, and audio files within 30 days of your request.
Why isn't an article parsing correctly?
Some websites may have restrictions, paywalls, or complex structures that prevent automatic parsing. If an article fails to load:
- Ensure the link is publicly accessible (not behind a paywall)
- Try refreshing or re-sharing the link
- Contact us with the specific URL, and we'll investigate
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your articles and summaries are stored securely and are never shared with third parties except for our trusted AI providers (such as OpenAI) and analytics partners (such as Meta/Facebook and Google Firebase) solely for service processing and marketing optimization.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell your personal information or the content of your articles to third parties. We only use anonymized event data (like the fact that a subscription was started) to optimize our marketing and reach more people who might enjoy Minivo. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I use Minivo offline?
You can read previously saved articles and summaries offline. However, saving new articles and generating summaries requires an internet connection.
What languages does Minivo support?
Minivo can parse articles in multiple languages. Summaries are typically generated in English (or the article's primary language, depending on settings). If you need support for additional languages, let us know at helpminivo@gmail.com.
